“My husband discovered Sharon on a You Tube video after a very disappointing tour of condos on a prior visit. We were impressed with Sharon’s knowledge of PCB and reached out to her to assist us with our condo search.

Sharon listened to our wants and needs and began sending listings within our parameters. We scheduled another trip from KY to meet Sharon and tour beach condos. After we returned home, we made our decision & Sharon negotiated the best deal! Next, Sharon connected us with the title company, inspectors, repair techs, a great property manager and the condo association.
