Sharon was EXACTLY the person we needed to lead us through our journey to buying our first beach front condo! We wanted to find a local expert that understood the market and could guide us to the right property. She absolutely did that. She helped us hone in on what we wanted, kept us away from properties that wouldn't have met our needs or would have had issues in the long run, and found us the PERFECT condo for us. She helped us understand what is involved in an investment property (as an investor herself), connected us with the right professionals along the way, and made sure everything stayed on track for an early close! Sharon is THE BEST!!! We learned about her from some friends and are so thankful we did. We purchased a condo from out of state. She found us options in the building we wanted and took video of her walk throughs of each one. She treated it with the same care as she would if she were purchasing the property herself! Not only that … she has an incredible network of professionals in every aspect of the buying process. Aaaannnnddd she made us feel like family. I can’t thank Sharon enough for making our experience so positive and, dare I say it, enjoyable. She is truly one in a million and we’ll be talking to her again for our next purchasing adventure.

Wow…..we wish there were a larger number of stars we could give Sharon. She would deserve it for sure!!! We live in Ohio. We visited Panama City in 2021 and fell in love with it. We used to always go to Destin, but Panama City is a hour closer to us and it is just as beautiful! That led us to start talking about retirement, investments, vacations, and family enjoyment. We have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.When we started looking we just started putting in different information on what we were interested in and waited to see who would respond out of different Realtors that we sent information to.
