“Met Lucia today and she could not have been more cordial and nice. I mentioned that I needed my prescription glasses fixed after I accidentally broke them. Rather than just saying I’m sorry we can’t fix your brand of glasses, she recommended two different companies that could do the repair.

An amateur just says I’m sorry but we can’t help you. A professional finds a way to help a customer solve their problem even if it doesn’t benefit them immediately.
