I always get THE BEST service here. Really great human customer service is rare these days but the staff here are the kindest people and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Dr Pike is awesome! Friendly, explains what's happening. This really is a great place. I'm so grateful for Walmart Vision Center. Thank You!
I was here from out of town and was in a bind when the team at the Walmart Vision Center made me feel like a priority. I had called everyone else I could find in the PCB area, and they were the only ones willing and able to help (and were kind and polite in the process). Virginia, the in-house doctor, and the entire team went above and beyond with exceptional customer care.
I was driving from Florida to Texas for my mom's 90th birthday and forgot my contacts. I stopped in Alexandria , LA at the Walmart on Coliseum Blvd . I explained to the lady's at the Vision Center what happened and they were great. They got me taken care of with no charge and I was able to get back on the road . Thank you
