Dr. Long and her tech assistant, Toni, truly listened to my concerns, took my issues seriously, and worked with genuine care and compassion to resolve a problem I had been dealing with for some time. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and they made the entire experience such a positive one.
Then I worked with Michelle in the contact lens department, and she was phenomenal. After several years of struggling to get the right contact prescription, Michelle spent nearly an hour patiently fine-tuning my vision and making adjustments to get it just right. I have never experienced that level of attentiveness when being fitted for contacts.
