She suggested I bring in the sunglasses and she would help me with the minor repair. So I did that today. She remembered me and was so willing to fix my glasses. She could have said I should just buy a new pair and try to sell me new ones. Instead she eagerly fixed my glasses. This is the kind of worker who should be recognized for excellent customer service. “Excellent service from the inception of a phone call. I explained the urgency of follow up due to my recent surgery and they accommodated me right away. They also referred me to a specialist and the office personnel were excellent and the front desk went beyond her duty and contacted the referral dr right away to see me. Most grateful and thankful. Most other places said the wait was for 1 to 2 months and did not care about the urgency.“

“Awhile back I had an ulcer situation in my left eye that came on suddenly and was terribly painful. Dr K.Lawson saw me that same day and took amazing care of me. He even checked on me that evening to make sure I was doing ok. It was a very painful and scary experience but he was aggressive in treating my situation and after a few weeks I was close to normal. His entire office was helpful and showed much concern and compassion for me. I am incredibly grateful to have this office for my eye care needs. (This incident happened last year, I just forgot to enter this review) A huge thank you to Dr Lawson and his staff!!!“

“I have been a loyal customer of Stanley's. His customer service, selection of eyewear and professionalism has been 5-star. Unfortunately, we moved to NC 6 years ago. Soon afterwards I broke my glasses... I sent my broken glasses to Stanley, but he was unable to fix them. I trusted him to pick out new frames for me. He delivered! I continue to get compliments when I wear them. I have since tried shops here but never experienced the service and selections that Stanley's has. I am seriously considering a flight to Florida to buy much needed new glasses from Stanley.“
