“I want to acknowledge customer service above and beyond by Ericka Murrell in the vision center. My issue was not big but she saw that I needed help with a pair of my own sunglasses. She suggested I bring in the sunglasses and she would help me with the minor repair. So I did that today. She remembered me and was so willing to fix my glasses. She could have said I should just buy a new pair and try to sell me new ones. Instead she eagerly fixed my glasses. This is the kind of worker who should be recognized for excellent customer service. “Excellent service from the inception of a phone call. I explained the urgency of follow up due to my recent surgery and they accommodated me right away. They also referred me to a specialist and the office personnel were excellent and the front desk went beyond her duty and contacted the referral dr right away to see me. Most grateful and thankful. Most other places said the wait was for 1 to 2 months and did not care about the urgency.“

He even checked on me that evening to make sure I was doing ok. It was a very painful and scary experience but he was aggressive in treating my situation and after a few weeks I was close to normal. His entire office was helpful and showed much concern and compassion for me. I am incredibly grateful to have this office for my eye care needs.
