“It was 6:30 pm when I was cutting my dogs nails. Two of them were bleeding unbeknownst to me. When I discovered the blood all through my closet and bedroom I panicked. I immediately got on the phone and started calling everyone in the area that cleans carpets. At 7:30 pm, out of 30 calls that I made, Fasc was the only company who was willing to come out and do the emergency cleaning. He arrived at 8pm, it took him approximately 30 minutes, the blood was completely gone and he charged less than what I gave him. Thank you so much for being the only carpet cleaning service in the Sarasota/Bradenton area that helped me out when I needed it most.I normally use Stanley Steemer 4-6 times a year and they were not willing to schedule me until 2.5 days later. “Help! I had my condo re-tiled and the contractor left it a mess - dust every where with spilled grout and paint on the new tile. The team at ServiceMaster SRQ is great. Chris returned by phone call promptly and setup an appointment the following week to clean. Andy and Henry who came do the clean up where two of the hardest working individuals I have ever worked with. They were prompt, courteous and so careful with moving the furniture. They worked hard from 9-4:30 and when done the place was clean, smelled great and the tile positively gleamed. I would recommend Servicemaster SRQ without hesitation.“
