Absolutely first-class! The Overturf cleaner, Dalen, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job of cleaning our carpet, explained what he did and outlined how to care for the newly cleaned carpet. You can't ask for more.
Erasmo was able to get a large blood stain out of our bedroom carpet that we had cleaned and treated with stain protectant last October. I was previously told to only use water for stains, which I did. The warranty does not cover bodily fluids which I totally understand, but apparently the large blood stain came out more easily due to the treatment and the fact that I only blotted and used water to lift as much blood as I could. There were some smaller blood stains that I was able to get up easily with just blotting first, then putting water and blotting that carefully (no rubbing). I pulled into the parking lot with a flat tire and these three young men were just getting off work for the day but took the time to help me change my tire and make sure I was safe to go back on the road!
