The communication from the time I booked my appointment on line, till Ashley & Ryan arrived was outstanding. This is very hard to find in today's world. The appointment was scheduled but, they were able to come earlier. Again, in communication with me of the time change verifying it would work around my schedule. I was thinking of replacing the carpet but, decided to have it cleaned.
I am so happy with the results and will be calling Extreme Steam Cleaning again!
I would highly recommend this company for any of their services. I had them do our Master Bedroom and one of our other bedrooms and what a difference. Ashley and Ryan the owners are extremely customer oriented, knowledgeable, dependable and professional. I was so impressed I’ve hired them to clean all of our grout. Extream Steam Cleaning is FIVE PLUS STARS!
Highly recommend! They were able to get out stubborn pet stains that Stanley Steemer couldn’t. They were also extremely communicative, squeezed us in last minute, and constantly kept us updated with their ETA and any changes. Pricier than Stanley Steemer, but worth every penny! Carpets were really clean compared to Stanley and you could see the difference!
