This is a good outfit with helpful office staff (kudu's to Susan) and good technicians - I appreciate you, Austin and Don! Today, at 2:30pm, the AC went out. Susan managed to get a tech set up for an evening service call. Austin was thorough, showed and explained his findings well, then got things running for just the cost of the service call. Impressive.
I've only been here 8 months, and service costs for anything seem high, but both their service contracts and diagnostic costs are reasonable - and at least you get good, knowledgeable people and excellent service from this company.

I’ve used Brown Heating and Cooling for nearly 10 years. Everyone from the person who answers the phone to every technician who has responded to my calls for service, whether scheduled maintenance or in an emergency, has impressed me beyond measure. This is a very well-run company that gives consistently stellar service. Everyone is friendly, polite, professional, organized, responsive and an expert at what they do. Scheduling service is smooth and efficient. Most often I’m able to get an appointment the same day or definitely on the day following my call. Had them install new unit, along with all new duct work. They was in and out. Despite other issues l They are about keeping up on the unit maintenance after the new install.. Anytime I thought something was off. They where there, never waited more than couple hours. Educating .me on proper maintenance and understand what's happening. I would have another A/C installed by Browns Heating and Cooling.been great to work with.
