My dog can be anxious when I leave her but they made her feel comfortable. I love that it was a 1:1 experience and all attention was on her. They were so quick and got her fully groomed within an hour. She looks and feels so soft and pretty. Will use them again!“

“My apologies to Mr Antar Torres for the delayed review. I came across the Harter Hund website back in late July and was interested in a working line German Shepherd. Corresponding with him both on the phone and through text, he had 2 sable male pups out of his dog Drago Van Den Heuvel who he elaborated more in detail on their bloodlines with the Drago’s grandfather being the famous Drago Eqidius and his son Passat who are both well known dogs.I am very happy with my boy Bolo who possesses super confidence, clear headedness and has a good amount of pushiness thrown in for good measure! “I am beyond happy with my experience here!!! My girl has a vet that I'm happy with, but she needed a complicated surgery that her vet had never performed. I called Quail Roost, and they informed me that the vet does perform it but had to evaluate her first. They are SO great!!! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Guerrero is amaaaziiing! He took me to the back the first day, showed me her X-rays, and explained the procedure. I called to schedule the surgery, and they fit me in right away. They said I could call during the day to check on her, and they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was ok. When I went to pick her up, both the staff and the vet explained the meds and gave me instructions. Dr. Guerrero took me to the back to show me new X-rays and go into detail about why her surgery was complicated. I was freaking out, but he sounded so confident that I felt reassured that she was in good hands. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Afterwards, he carried my fat girl to the car and placed her down gently. He performed a tail amputation and a spay, and I'm very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them for any of your pet's medical needs. Tesha thanks you all for the attention and care received!“

“Boarded my puppy Espn for the first time, she's a 5 month goldendoodle. She stayed for 4 days and had no issue at all. They kept me up to date and sent pictures on messenger. Only thing I was iffy about was that they pee and poop on a floor that is designated for that or something like that... but it doesn't seem to have been a problem when she came home she goes out on the grass like normal. Thank god. It was very stress free for me to travel opposed to leaving her with a family member or friend...“
