Miami's Pet Grooming is very thankful for the groomer that got puppies looking handsome. The call center manager was very communicative and helpful.
Jocelyn did a fantastic job with my sweet Ragdoll kitty. His fur is very hard to deal with and gets matted very easily if he’s not brushed everyday. She got all the matts off and left him clean and fresh. He seemed just fine when she returned him to me so he mush have not been scared or upset through the grooming process. She obviously was very sweet with him and patient. I told her to take her time and she did, she did a fantastic job.

Jose is an amazing person not only has groomer but as a human being, he is sweet, caring, treats our Layla like the princess she is. He is the BEST!
José has been grooming all 6 of our fur babies for years. I have referred him to my family members whom also groom with him. He’s the family groomer and we are so thankful for the love and attention he gives our babies. Jose is extremely accommodating, kind, patient, and loving to our babies. We have 6 in our home alone but between cousins and the rest of the clan we’re about 10 dogs and we love Jose 🥰
