I made an appointment, and they will send you a text, and when the mobile van arrives, they will call you to let you know the mobile van is outside. Carlos was the tech, and he did an incredible job with my dog, and he was able to handle her with extreme professionalism. I will recommend Miami Pet Grooming to all my K9 friends, and I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Carlos, for your excellent service with my dog.

I just wanted to thank the company and Alex for doing such a fantastic job. I found the company through Instagram. I messaged them Friday, and Saturday Alex showed up as scheduled. He called me 30 minutes before the time and was very communicative. He called when he got here. Met my dog (who isn't very friendly) and was very patient and allowed my dog to smell him and become acquainted prior to service. He explained what he was going to do. As he did the deep cleaning of the teeth he had me look at the first half and see if I was happy. I was profoundly happy and then he continued. Ivette is the best! She loves all animals like her own and she's very knowledgeable and confident when it comes to handling them and caring for them. My family has had our Goldendoodle groomed here almost biweekly for the last 2 years. If we want his hair longer and fluffy, they can do that. If he's really dirty and we haven't taken him in a while we ask for them to cut his hair shorter, they can do it all, just ask for what you want. We have also taken our Maltese and Great Dane here and they love it. We trust her with all our fur babies! We are never switching!
