The Isaac's team installed my concrete tile roof years ago after hurricane damage. They were able to move quickly then as they sold me a cancelled order. I appreciated their speed & resourcefulness. I recently noticed some slight water damage in my side bedroom, damage to the soffit & the start of a ceiling crack. The Isaac's team responded quickly & provided a quote with detailed photographs. There were multiple cracked tiles - something likely fell on the roof during bad weather. As it is rainy season, they also responded with a tarp to protect the duplex & the ceiling. Updated rating: The company reached out, possibly after the original review was posted, and offered to schedule an inspection for repair. Went ahead and did this and the person did a fine job diagnosing a new leak. There was some issue afterward confirming a date for repair and I had to follow up to set that up. However, once here the crew did a very good job repairing the leak and actually identified another spot that needed work. The follow through on this second job went smoothly, and the crew on that job did great work including coming back the same day after rain interrupted their work.
