Highly recommend Alejandro (Alex) for a deep tissue massage at Palmetto Bay location!! He listened to my concerns, pressure was perfect and focused on my shoulders as requested. Definitely going back.
First time at Hands & Stone. Warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Clean and bright waiting area. Masseur did a good job, however she did not communicate well at the start and finish of the message. At the end she offered a towel to wipe down, left it on a chair, turned up the lights and exited the room. No instructions to take my time, dress and meet her outside the room. I would try again but may try another masseur.
I had Alex today as my massage therapist, and I gotta say that he was absolutely amazing. I'm always pleasantly welcomed whenever I come in. The establishment is so clean and beautiful, very friendly staff. Clean immaculate bathrooms, friendly staff. But to go on more about Alex... he really does help you achieve the maximum level of comfort and pain relief, he even helped me stretch. I highly recommend anyone on staff but Alex has become a quick favorite. He also gave me great tips for at home pain management. 10 outta 10 recommend.
