I love Dr Mena and her work! You walk into Ultima Med Spa and the energy is very calm with relaxing music and delicious candle smells + the whole office is extremely clean. The front desk staff is very nice and explain the paperwork you have to sign and answer any questions. Once you meet with Dr. Mena, she tells you exactly what she is going to do and answers any questions you may have before the service. Dr. Mena has the most delicate touch which makes the services painless. My filler and botox have always lasted and come out very natural looking! Will always recommend Ultima Med Spa!

Ultima Medspa is THE BEST medspa in miami. It is a family business and it's always such a joy to visit. It is very clean and always smells fantastic. This medspa is not like other doctors offices. It is very personable and you never have to wait! Dr. Mena is so sweet and great at what she does. She offers plenty of services and they always turn out amazing. I would highly, highly recommend Ultima Medspa!
