I booked a 90-minute custom facial with Audra, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best spa experiences of my life. She started by assessing my skin and asking detailed questions about my routine and any sensitivities.

Every step felt intentional from the gentle exfoliation to the precise facial massage, to the application of serums that actually felt like they were absorbing into my skin rather than just sitting on top.

My skin felt hydrated, plump, and radiant for weeks after. I also got to try the Epi-Peel and some of their botanical toners, which I loved because they were effective but incredibly gentle.

The holistic approach here really sets this spa apart. They focus not just on the outward results but on creating an experience that truly rejuvenates your mind and body.

Between treatments, I spent some time in their infrared sauna, which was the perfect way to relax and sweat out the stress. The attention to detail is unmatched even small things like plush robes, heated towels, and the aroma of essential oils add to the overall sense of luxury.

The staff are exceptional warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Simone, in particular, made everything seamless, from scheduling to check-in, and she anticipated my needs in a way that made me feel genuinely cared for.

Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that energy translates into the experience.

The facility itself is pristine. Everything is spotless, organized, and feels exclusive. The design is modern but inviting, and the use of natural light makes the space feel airy and open.

Even though the spa is popular, it never felt crowded or rushed. They’ve clearly designed the space to allow for privacy and relaxation.

“I left a review before, but deleted. Today, I decided to returned to them because I actually gave great compliments regarding my nails. It was beautiful. When I came in I gave compliments how nice the place is. English is my second language also. I knew the owner who used to work there, but not here. I ask for help because I know nothing much about nails and want is dip powder. The old owners use to help me. So, I ask the new owners opinion and what to pick, because they are more professional than. I am clueless. That day I was supposed to see my mother and I had surgery. And I ask for a flower on my ring finger. He said ok. Maybe because I spoke too soft. And I keep apologizing because I came in at 6:00 and I know a little that they will close at 7pm. So I wanted some thing quick and a flower not to waste their time. It was done but with no flowers . Which I did not complain to them, because their were closing so I left. And I did leave a review before stating: I do miss the old owners because they pick what was best for me. I usually go to a different area that is close to my home. But I saw this nail place again. I was confronted today by owner in front of customers about how my review can damage their company and that they are a small business. I was really confused. Because I only write that the guy did not place a flower on my nails and that I am clueless about this nail stuff and that I feel they were laughing. I didn’t say nothing bad at all.
I will say today was great. I did make appt to do appointment for a pedicure but I just canceled it, because the way I was just approached was a bit uncomfortable. I did not say nothing bad. I give them complement. I was told they pulled up video of me seat while the guy doing my nails. I hope you saw that I Point at my ringer finger for a flower.

I don't know how she does it, but she knows exactly what style to do for you and your eye shape. Her work is art! My lash retention is amazing (lash appointment every 3 weeks), and my natural lashes are so healthy. Tracy is gentle, professional, and has a calming presence.
