Dr. Som seems to be a man that really cares about his patients. I have extreme PTSD from Combat with 1st armored Division in Iraq 2003. Dr Som sees me as a person, not just another number. I will always want to see a Dr in private practice because big institutions cause me extreme anxiety and have a hard time treating me in a personable way. This is the reason that I love the Veterans Choice. Dr Som understands that I know my body, and he takes my feelings into account when making health care decisions.
