Well I didn't read the reviews on here before I went, which I'm glad I didn't. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM which is amazing in itself, I was a half hour early due to rain and I got out of work early. I don't want this to go on long so I will sum up my experience at this office and with Dr. Curtis. My two children are four years old and six years old. We are new patients as of yesterday. I came prepared with all of my paperwork filled out except for the school forms. After I finish my paperwork and it was reviewed we waited about 30 minutes. We have been with dr Jackson since moving to Clearwater 5 years ago. Appointment wait time is the only issue I've ever had. Dr Jackson is knowledgeable and caring. she talks to my kids like what they have to say matters and she listens. she gives valuable advice and I've never been steered wrong or found any error in her advice or care.Update Feb 8 2021Since covid the wait time has reduced drastically plus you get to wait in your car so a napping kid can continue to nap and you can entertain those kids without worrying about being too loud or obnoxious for others. Long wait times but I love that these providers are respectful of the choices i make for my child. They haven’t coerced me into anything or fear mongered me. Makes the wait worth it for sure. A hard provider is good to find but she’s stuck with us now!!
