This location and John Rurkowski will lie and cheat you out of whatever they can sell to you. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. I LOST 7OK BECAUSE OF THIS FIRM AND GOT HEALTH PROBLEMS FROM MOLD WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT BEFORE THEY SOLD ME THE PROPERTY. TRUST ME, DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL....
I cannot speak for the rest of the staff there but Nick Demitrakis is a terrible representative of this Remax. He speaks to others with disrespect and has the mentality if being better then anyone he's speaking with. I recommend not using him as your agent if going with this branch.
