My entire business (warehouse with inventory, fabrication shop, and offices) had to suddenly move out and find a new location within 2 months due to a change in hands of the building we were renting. Our home was initially listed with a realtor other than Karl. We had very minimal activity for two months. A friend of mine used Karl to sell his home and suggested we give him a try. We made a change and Karl was able to secure a cash sale within 10 days. He was very direct and open in what he thought needed to be done to make the sale happen. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process.

Karl brought a fresh perspective and a relatively new marketing concept that I believed helped to secure the sale. He also negotiated some concessions from the buyer that benefited my bottom line.

I switched to Karl after my property was on the market for 50 days with little activity. With the new listing through Karl my property sold in 4 days for a full cash offer! Karl's knowledge of the area and expertise in emphasizing all of what my property had to offer was key to getting it sold! Karl kept in constant communication with me as I was preparing for a move out of state. He also went above and beyond by meeting a contractor at my place after I had left town so the contractor could do a last minute repair. The entire transaction was seamless!
