Hands down we knew they were the ones when we went in to review the proposal with Danica. She has the most amazing attention to detail and design sense. They have a full showroom to make selections too. The top notch service continued with Shannon the project manager. I would like to give Gary Clark not only 5 stars but the recognition he deserves as an outstanding man. I am an 80 year old veteran who lives with my daughter and my granddaughter who is special needs. We have been without heat and air since the beginning of December 2024 straight through until yesterday, January 24, 2025. We were quite literally freezing. My daughter put a post on FB about our desperate situation (it was to be in the low 30's last night and was in fact that cold) I am here to tell you, Gary Clark not only responded within moments but with an offer to send over his own AC guy and to pay for the service call! I should have posted this review two months ago. My only excuse is we have been enjoying our beautiful remodeled home thanks to the amazing work completed by Renovations Home Center. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone on their team are experts in their craft. Their attention to every detail is superior. They are true craftsmen!! Thank you so much Gary, Kiara, Danica, Shannon, John and Doug!! We will contact you in 2025 to remodel our bathrooms!!
