This salon is amazing! I had a hair dye mishap with another salon and reached out to Rare accents to help me fix my hair. Nancy answered the phone and listened to my story and made sure I could get an appt with one of their master colorists within a couple of days. Phoebe took care of me and did an amazing job to correct the awful mess of my hair. She stayed late to make sure it wasn’t just fixed but that I looked and felt great, better than I have in years! I can’t thank Phoebe enough for her dedication and kindness. I will be a long time customer of her and Rare Accents now!
