Pest Preppers has been my go to company for over 6 years now. I have tried other companies in the past but this is the only company that I have used multiple times, referred to others and the only one I will use now. The service is always above and beyond and Jeff takes his time to explain the issues and how they are going to solve getting rid of pest and insects. Jeff came to my dad’s house through the VA to spray for bugs, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, he called right away to set everything up and made the whole process easy. He was kind, professional, and genuinely caring—not just about his work, but also about my dad and our family.
It’s been a few weeks since the service, and we haven’t seen a single bug in the house. Jeff explained that his work comes with a warranty and that he would come back if needed, but so far everything has been perfect. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent results with such compassion and integrity.
Jeff was responsive and very knowledgeable when it came to an issue with a bee hive in an exterior wall on my property. he helped remove and seal the hole in the wall. I highly recommend his services and will use him again.
