As a cancer patient. I was refused treatment, care, or an appointment. I was belittled, the receptionist was so rude, scheduling an appointment you are not even speaking to anyone on site!!!!
Now I have personally known Dr Shlau since I was 18 years old. I'm 55.
He never treated his patients like this on Sunset Point Rd
Unfortunately he must now just be in it for the money and it breaks my heart.
But what happened when I DID TEST POSITIVE FOR FLU A???? A cancer patient???? I WAS IGNORED, NO ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NOTHING! So now I have filed a complaint as this is a serious health matter that could have had serious outcomes for me the patient.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. They are negatively reviewed everywhere! FOR A REASON

Had an appointment today with Dr Schlau. His staff was very efficient with the check in process. Taylor checked vitals and went over my current meds. She was very helpful with an issue I was concerned about. Maria at the front desk handled check in and set up my next appointment. Very smooth process at this office thanks to the staff. Dr Schlau is very compassionate and informative with my medical issues. Easy to talk to and explains everything so you can understand.

I leaving this afer24 year cant go ear nose and won't let me go to cat I have a mass I don't dr did anything said no I got a new doctor I will get a lawyer

I have been seeing Dr. Schlau for several years and I am very satisfied with his care. He is always up-to-date on the latest treatments and always puts my best interests first.

Dr. Schlau has been my doctor for years. He’s thorough, personable, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. I trust his judgment, and both he and nurse Taylor make visits comfortable. I’ve also never had an issue with insurance, which is a big plus. Highly recommend! Joe M.

Aron Schlau is a really great doctor, he listens most importantly! I had a really hard time when I moved here finding a primary care then finally I took a chance on him and this practice and I’m really happy i did. He’s great and great with kids of your a stay at home Mom like I am.
