I would like to commend Massey Termite Services for their 5 STARS Excellent customer service. I recently had some concerns regarding services and billing. After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office. She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections. As a business owner, I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Massey Services is fortunate to have Ms. Antonieta on their team—she retained a customer who had been considering leaving.
Massey is fabulous! Their customer service is stellar; they truly go above and beyond.We retained them for both lawn and pest services. With the previous lawn service firm we had for over a year, we still had this viney-type weed in the lawn. Within two treatments with Massey, it was eliminated! The lawn looks lush, healthy and green (even with our current once a week water restrictions).With our pest service, it took a few services but they finally found the right combination that works for our home. Came home and found droppings from some type of animal...Called Massey because it's honestly the last thing you want to see/ come home to after a 12hr shift. The receptionist is always so kind and was able to get Frank the service manager over within 3 hrs! He educated me after setting the traps around the garage so i knew where they were. Frank also saw me using the tape measure and ran over to help me accurately measure opening under door to ensure I get the right size door sweep. The customer service is out of this world.
