Yanelis and Mimi are the best Branch and assistant branch managers in the whole world. Yanelis helped me with my auto loan, she is a superstar. The process took a little longer than expected (not their fault at all) but my phone died. Mimi came running to me right away to deliver a phone charger and charge me back up. best service ever. ◡̈
