I made an appointment for Thursday at 6 and when I showed up for that appointment after 15 minutes of waiting Mai tells me she told someone else to come in at 6 so I wouldn't be able to get my service done (even though I had the texts from the night before where she stated Thursday @6pm). After telling me I couldn't get my service today, instead of offering me another appointment or some way to make the situation right she told me to go down the street to another nail salon and rushed me off so she could take care of the client she booked for my time. Very unprofessional.

Mai did my nails for my wedding and they are perfect! I showed her some pictures of inspiration from Pinterest and she did exactly what I wanted. They were super cute and I would highly recommend going there! Her acrylics are super thin and natural looking. Her shop is very clean and she is very professional.
