Started going here recently and on my first visit they spotted an infection that has been there for likely a decade that was completely missed by previous dentists and helped fix a couple broken teeth (filling and crown).
Amazing service, everyone is so nice, quick to get in and quick to get out. They care about your pain and work with you to make sure you have everything you need during a procedure when it comes to numbness or even if you need a stress ball!
It is relieving to have a dentist that actually cares about your well-being and do whatever you need to be comfortable while you get the procedures you need!

After complaining for a long time about tooth sensitivity, Dr. Garcia finally took a closer look and found that the tooth was damaged. She quickly referred me to her friend’s practice, Endodontic Specialists, for a new root canal. The root canal was completed, and I returned to see Dr. Garcia. After examining it, she informed me that the person who performed the root canal had missed placing the “purple stuff” in the tooth, which caused gum tissue to grow inside it, and that the tooth could no longer be saved.
She then scheduled another appointment to remove my three-piece bridge so she could get a better view of the area. When I returned on September 19, 2025, she was waiting for me at the front desk with an estimated statement for $2,996.00 (my insurance covers $3,000.00). She asked for a down payment before knowing exactly what procedure she would be performing. I gave her a $1,000.00 down payment, and she proceeded to remove the bridge.
She then suggested a new five-piece bridge, which would require filing down another healthy tooth as well as the tooth in the back. I did not agree with damaging another healthy tooth to place a five-piece bridge that I did not believe would work well.
She made a temporary crown and stated she would not charge me for it, assuming I would continue treatment with her. She also scheduled an appointment for me with another doctor friend (not the Endodontic Specialist previously mentioned) for the following Wednesday so they could discuss other options.
I later called and canceled that appointment because I no longer trusted her after the misdiagnosis. I knew it was a misdiagnosis when I went back to my former dentist in Chicago. After examining my teeth, he told me that Dr. Garcia had misdiagnosed the issue and that the five-piece bridge would not have worked and could have caused me to lose even more teeth.
In the end, the Endodontic Specialist billed $1,500.00 to my insurance for a root canal that was done incorrectly and, in my opinion, unnecessarily. Dr. Garcia then charged me $600.00 for the temporary crown because I did not return to her office.
My complaint is not only about the money, but also about the lack of ethics and professionalism. Dentists should not request payment before insurance approval is received and before they know exactly what procedure will be performed.

I’m back for my second review because this team truly deserves all the praise. I cannot recommend this office enough. I am just about finished with my Invisalign journey, and looking back, I am so glad I chose this team. From day one, it has been the easiest, smoothest process I could have imagined. Dr. Barbara Chong is, quite simply, the greatest! She is a perfectionist in the best way possible. What I appreciated most was how she handled the planning phase; she showed me the 3D scans of my bone structure and teeth, explaining exactly how things would shift. Having that level of detail and transparency made me feel so much more confident in the treatment. I’ve had both hygienists, Kathleen and Dawn, and they were absolutely wonderful. They’re so thorough, gentle, and clearly take pride in their work. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and the energetic atmosphere made my dental appointments fly by. If you’re looking for a dental team that actually listens and uses the best technology to get results, this is the place. I’m thrilled with my new smile!

“I went to Dr. Garcia’s office to have my four front teeth replaced with crowns, but the experience has been very disappointing. The first time, when she was replacing my old crowns with the new ones, one tooth moved, creating a gap, so she said it needed to be redone. When I went back, they ordered the wrong tooth, so I had to reschedule again. The third time, the shape of the tooth was different, so they had to order another one.
When they finally replaced the tooth, I noticed the color was slightly different. She claimed it was just the lighting, but I could tell it wasn’t. I decided to give it time, hoping it would blend in, but after a few months, it’s still clearly a different shade. Everyone notices the difference, and the pictures show it as well, yet she continues to argue that it’s the same color and says there’s nothing she can do.
I do not recommend this place for cosmetic work. After she made a mistake, her whole attitude toward me changed, and even her staff became less friendly—except for one person who was nice.”

Been coming here for a few years now had an emergency come up this morning causing me to cancel my cleaning was met with a attitude and no compassion from Emily with the front desk when I called to reschedule and was told I’d be charged a $40 fee if I didn’t come and I asked if there was any way I could have a grace consideration since I’ve never canceled same day before and was told no, my husband is also a patient here we won’t be returning.
