Authentic Concepts We have just finished our kitchen remodel with Authentic Concepts, and are very happy with the results. While there were some minor delays, the project was completed by the holidays, and just in time for a family gathering. We worked with ************, and she gave us excellent guidance regarding design and materials. There were a number of craftspeople working with us, and we want to give a special shout out to ***** and ****** for their skill and patience. Thank you *****, for making sure it all came to fruition. The kitchen looks beautiful, and is a very efficient use of space. We went through Google to find them and, as usual, worry about a Google search. We interviewed a few designers before we commited. Our designer was just superb. She worked with us for about 1 month before we signed with them. There was no retainer fee. She was dedicated and worked hard. She returned our questions promptly and even on weekends. Our main home is in Chicago and we worked remotely for the majority of the build. The designer convinced us that they were the company to redo our kitchen by her promptness, desire to find the perfect design despite multiple changes and even some uncertainty on our part and ease of access. Authentic Concepts did a full kitchen renovation for us this summer. I would recommend them highly. The work was done on time. The subcontractors excellent and pleasant to work for. Glenn Rumer did most of the design work and it is just what we were looking for. He made a special effort to get the backsplash we found elsewhere. The few little things that needed touched up where done quickly without question. We chose Authentic Concepts because of recommendations by 2 neighbors and their one price contract philosophy.
