I read great things in Consumer Reports about Connect Hearing...so I have tried to reach them all day for more info. I've only reached voicemail during their regular business hours. I left messages and never received a call back....so....not sure what to think. Maybe short staffed?

I have nothing but good to say about Nina at Connect hearing Palm Harbor. I have not purchased hearing aids at this point but plan to. I had more questions and she has been more than helpful. After the 2 week trail I wanted to shop more and there were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics, just answers to my questions.

If you don't or can't replace your old hearing aids after a 2 week trial, Carla wants nothing to do with you. She doesn't even return your phone calls.... So, remembering what my mother always told me, if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all! That's ALL that I have to say about Connect Hearing of Palm Harbor! Of course it's entirely up to you .
