“Dr. April and staff are amazing! I have a Fennec Fox, and she had extensive ear damage due to a bite she got from her mom. The ear canal was completely shut and had to be opened surgically. Dr. April explained everything to me and was very up front with what was going to be involved and that multiple surgeries would be needed. I was kept up to date during every surgery on the progress that was being made. I read other reviews regarding Dr. April and how she communicates to her client's, but during one surgery Dr. April did have to call me and did sound "rushed" but she had my baby on her operating table, and I would rather her focus be on my fox and quickly explain decisions that needed to be made with regards to my fox's procedure. Her focus is her patient's, and I am so grateful she is in this area to care for all of my exotics. Her expertise is worth every penny she charges to care for my babies with her very capable hands. Thank you, Dr. April and staff, for all you do. My little girl is thriving today because of the care all of you provided during her time of need.“

“My fur nibbling (a Great Pyrenees) got into a retention pond and came out looking like someone had lowered him half into a vat of tar. After getting washed once by my cousin, he still was a mess and we went on a focused search for a groomer. Other groomers in the area were either not open or wouldn't take a dog his size... Which ended up working out for us because Fancy Paws got him in and did WONDERS! My cousin (dog parent) said the entire staff was amazing and treated doggo so well!! They had to give him like three baths and trim away some of the super duper stuck on bits... But he came back looking INCREDIBLE!! (Plus he smelled great.) Thank you Fancy Paws for getting us in and for getting the retention pond out of the pup!“

“My aunt take our fury family for the hair groomy a couple times a month. Our pups are older and need special attention.. they really do take great care of the fury family. Not to sure about the price.. but 2 med. Size dogs cost and 150 plus tip.. I do know I'm that a full grooming vs a touch up is a price difference.. more you go to keep up with it it a little cheaper vs letting it get out of control.. the pups look forward and always come out looking really adorable and happy!! Also there is no waiting room or inside office to sit in wait.. they bring the dogs to the door.. just a heads up.. ohh also they give the pups a really cute and fancy collar piece.. different every time and changes for the seasons!hope this helps anyone looking for a trustworthy place for this kind of service! “Our dog Marley is always taken care of there. He is a 14 year old Pyrenees/lab mix and they are gentle with him. Nails are a walk in service that we use. They are a wonderful grooming facility!“

“We currently have 2, 12 year old Bichon we take there for grooming. We had 2 before these. One became blind and one had a feeding tube. They always come home just beautiful! Dessiree has always done a wonderful job. She has always been so sweet with them especially as they have aged.. she takes their needs seriously. She always works to cause them the least amount of stress as possible. I wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. The owner is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. He has fur babies so he knows exactly how we feel about ours. I wouldn’t recommend this shop 5/5 ⭐️“
