It is a historic landmark. It is in the perfect location to the beach, outstanding restaurants, you can walk to Flagler Museum. It is across the bridge from Clemati, the Square, Sandy the Sand Christmas tree during season etc. The hotel is very peaceful and quaint.
Great location for visiting Palm Beach but disappointment in the accommodation for the asking price. Small and very particular decoration (although this is only a matter of taste) and apartment however well equipped.The building is very beautiful and despite the current work it is very quiet.
Lovely, old Florida building with lots of character and a homey feel. The location is fantastic due to proximity to beach, grocery store, boutiques and upscale Palm Beach restaurants. There is a heated outdoor pool and courtyard area, as well as mezzanine lobby with library. Reception is very friendly and helpful. The elevators can be a little slow due to building age but, not much of an inconvenience. It is an ownership building with many units available for short term rentals.
