This place is the best hotel that my child and myself have ever stayed. I read some bad reviews and was a little concerned. My stay has been amazing from the beginning at check in. All the staff go above and beyond and are so sweet. The rooms and beds are so comfortable. This is within walking distance of the convention center where we were attending an event. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to West Palm Beach. I really can't say enough. So awesome.
Busy but clean hotel. Good location. Nothing fancy but met the needs, not complaining.
First off, the staff is so friendly! I would stay here again just for that! The room was beautiful, CLEAN and big.
