The staff here have been so caring and understanding towards our 74 year old mom while she’s going through rehabilitation. It is noticeable that the entire staff is understanding of how much patience it takes to handle elderly with dementia and they have the patience needed. They are wonderful. The food is good and they have snacks and activities.As someone who works in an assisted living facility, I might look into getting a part time here.
The Gardens Court is an amazing rehab center that I recomnend highly. My experience, after falling on concrete and breaking bones in my hip and pelvic area, was excellent. In severe pain at first, I was confined to a bed and a wheelchair. As my pain level began to subside, I transitioned to a walker, and then a cane. Thanks to my gifted physical theralists, I walked out carrying my cane, but not using it, only four weeks after my fall.
The staff leaders went out of their way to welcome me to The Gardens Court, and checked in with me regularly with waves and smiles. I met many nurses and aides, and all treated me with friendly warmth and competence. I'm extremely grateful… read full review
A big improvement for Nana! Her care is so much better! Attentive, pleasant staff. I won’t disparage the last place Nana was in, but Gardens Court is so good. No bad smells!
