Jeff Scott has done 3 inspections for my home. The most recent one was to check if we had mold and our air quality due to allergies in the home. I wasn't even aware Jeff did this type of service until I asked him for a recommendation at which time he told me he was certified to perform these tests. As in the past, Jeff came to our home right away, explained what he was doing, answered my many questions, and was extremely patient and thorough. Everything was made very easy, they were flexible with our changing schedule, got all our reports to us in a timely manner, and communicated effectively throughout the process. I highly recommend using Surespect
Jeff is awesome and extremely responsive and thorough in his inspections. Do not hesitate to use him because you will not regret it! He came out on short notice and saved us at least $5k of things the sellers are paying for
