I have worked on my feet for 30+ years. I've been through injury therapy before. I know when there's a problem. This time it was stiffness and muscle spasms prob due to age and use. I was treated at Stretch Zone first time there. Immediàtely after I walked around. It felt like I used to walk when I was 20. You people in your 50s like me KNOW. Worth it!
My experience with Chris was amazing he does a really good job at times I thought I was going to fall off the table he reassured me I wasn’t going to fall he is very gentle my experience was great ?
