Professional team, love my doctor Victoria Marro, she listens, makes sure I understand and does her best to help me with my medical problem. After reading reviews decided to add more. Smell in hallway have nothing to do with doctors and their attention to you, yes ! Doctors where disappearing from office but I never have problem to get lab work on time or being left without answer because previous doctor was gone, check with doctor Marro and you'll understand what I am talking about

Dr. Lumar Prem Lund not only made us feel incompetent, he also dismissed our long term concerns and requests for treatment options. Extremely rude, dismissive of my concerns and my husbands concerns, and overall a horrible experience. We don’t pay for insurance to join a breathing yoga exercise, we pay for medical options and treatment approach in consideration of our experiences and needs. My concern is not that we didn’t receive a specific treatment or medication. I understand that physicians may have different medical opinions and treatment approaches.
My concern is how the appointment was handled.
My husband and I came to the appointment seeking help for ongoing concerns that have already required significant time, effort, and financial expense to address. We explained the history of the issue and the steps that had already been taken.
Rather than engaging in a meaningful discussion about our concerns, Dr. Lund repeatedly focused on mindfulness techniques, deep breathing exercises, and discussions about “ focusing on a third spiritual eye” when doing these breathing exercises. So unprofessional and uncomfortable for us. This “treatment” was presented in place of addressing the concerns we had come in to discuss.
When I attempted to explain that my husband had already tried many of the lifestyle changes and recommendations being suggested, Dr. Lund responded, “You’ve said that about five times now. Just because you’re not getting what you want doesn’t mean you have to continue to repeat it.”
That comment was dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We were not repeating ourselves because we were demanding a specific outcome; we were trying to ensure that our medical history and previous efforts were understood since he didn’t even take the time to ask us about it. Instead of feeling heard, we left feeling belittled, judged, and as though our concerns were being minimized.
Patients should be able to discuss their medical history and concerns without being spoken to in a condescending manner. Regardless of whether a physician agrees with a patient’s requested course of treatment, communication should remain respectful and collaborative.
The primary issue is not the medical decision that was made. The issue is that we felt dismissed, disrespected, and unsupported throughout the appointment, and that our concerns were not taken seriously. All this after waiting more than in hour after our appointment time to be seen.

Absolutley nothing but problems from this place for over two weeks. Blood work never gets sent to cardiologist, referrals never get sent when they need more testing, run out of medication because they send it with zero refills, phone follow up appointments happens 4 days after they are suppose to. I just do no understand how something can be so unorganized when it comes to peoples health???

There is an air freshener machine in the waiting room that has a very strong fragrance. I am very sensitive to that and it gives me migraines. It should not be in a medical setting. Also the girls at the front desk were arguing with one another. Apparently one of them thought the other one was being rude to her.

Originally left a 5 star review but due to recent experiences I’ve changed it to a 1 star. The first Dr I had here had me in the waiting room for 3 hours for an annual checkup. Additionally, I attempted to schedule an appointment today and while inquiring about the times available for a new PCP, the scheduler became audibly frustrated and hung up on me mid sentence.
