I love New Radiance! The office staff is always welcoming and friendly. I like how they recognize me and know me by name, when I come in. They make me feel like they really care. They also have a really great rewards program. The more times you come in, the more rewards you get to use for later visits. My go to girl is Ashley. She's fantastic!! She's smart, sweet, professional, artistic, and can think outside the box. She listens to me and gives me her professional advice but also works with me on what I want, which is very important to me. I've been going to Medspas for quite some time. I am picky, and I know what I want. Ashley is right on for me!! I appreciate her so much that, if she's not working on a certain day, in the office I usually go to, then I will drive long distances to see her at another New Radiance location in a different city. I recently had a disappointing experience with my husband's liposuction procedure. While we initially had high hopes, months later, he developed an air pocket that the doctor did not address. Despite our concerns, the doctor seemed indifferent, leaving him with an unsightly pouch on his side. It’s frustrating to think that a simple liposuction touch-up could have resolved the issue. I would recommend seeking a second opinion if you're considering similar procedures. It's crucial to find a doctor who is attentive and committed to their patients' post-operative care.
