Spare yourself. Not only was it a horrible gel flimsy manicure, I also was scammed into tipping twice to sketch zelle numbers. The original number i sent to "wasn't registered to zelle" once I sent so the woman had me send to another number. SHOCKER - the other payment was accepted 10 days later. MANY better options in the palm beach gardens area.

I got an amazing manicure and pedicure here. The service was prompt and excellent. I also received an excellent eyebrow wax. The technician went above and beyond, and it was a very relaxing time.

I got an acrylic fill in and I love them!! I also got a gel pedicure and they took their time on both!

Definitely communication barrier! Called several days ago to make an appointment to remove gel polish from my hands and my toes and replace with regular nail polish. They told me over the phone it would be $37. They asked me if I wanted to Mani and pedi over the phone and this is the first time that I said no, hence the $37 quote. When I arrived yesterday there was a man standing outside who happened to work there I found out his name was Tony. I told him exact same thing to remove the gel polish and replace with regular polish. He asked me several times if I wanted a ManI and a pedi and I told him no. When it came time to remove the polish from my nails on the toes we went over to the seat and he proceeded with that procedure. Since I've never had a pedicure before I did not know what to expect. So unfortunately for me, he started doing the pedicure and I told him no I did not want the pedicure, but he kept on doing the procedure. I was very frustrated at this point and I just wanted to get my nails done. The bill was $60 but got it down to $43 since I did not request a manicure and pedicure. Then at the end, a lady came over to me and told me that I had never called to make an appointment which was a lie. She then went on to say that I was the one with the problem about not communicating. And of course they're all talking in their language in front of me which is rude to begin with. Customer is always right! Apparently in this case customer service sucked.

Joky is amazing, I have gone there for years and they are skilled, friendly, consistent, and efficient. It never smells of nail polish, while by far most other places smell very strongly. Waxing and nail services here alike are the best.Services: Polish removal

My mother & I Got dip nails here and they started chipping and breaking everywhere within 5 days. We will not go back there unfortunately for this reason.

I called and spoke to Trong about my experience with her. Instead of offering to re-do the nails or even an apology, she consistently tried arguing with me. I let her I did not call to go back and forth. I wanted to share my experience and request a refund. She finally quit arguing and said she would issue a refund. She kept saying she was busy and could not do it right away and to call back. I have been calling back and she will not answer :)

I have been to many nail salons. Routinely I have found there is little intimacy. Some places after going there for years, taking in little holiday gifts or candy, there was a feeling that the technician probably still didn't know my name. Here at Joky, I was treated so warmly. I am addressed by name. After only a couple of visits, my girl Mimi, knew just what I liked, remembered my preferences and made suggestions with those preferences in mind. The atmosphere has a zen like coziness. They do a fantastic job! I am a loyal customer and will continue to be so. They are a bit of a hike for me, but so well worth the drive. Joky is probably the best salon I have been to. EVER.
