Liz, my hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My teeth feel amazing, and the office was clean and organized. Five-star service from start to finish. Patient experience and prioritization was extremely evident in all facets. The entire team is warm, courteous and professional. The office is immaculate. But moreover, I was genuinely surprised by how thorough the examination was.
Dr. Dalia was extremely thorough in explaining her findings and treatment plan.
My biggest takeaway is that while many practices operate mechanically, there was a clear sense of fluidity & cohesion that elevated this office well above any other I've been to.
