My husband and I love working out with David! He’s a great professional trainer. We have worked out several different places and I would highly recommend FLOW. You have a nice clean private gym with peacefulness and also upbeat to get your workout done. Hrs the best!

As a woman in my early 50s, I recently started weight training to keep up with the physically demanding parts of my job and to build bone density. I had never been to a gym before, and the idea of starting from zero was daunting. Thank goodness I found David and FLOW. After four months, the results are exceeding my expectations - not only have my strength and muscle tone notably improved, but so have my posture and balance.
