Mike was recommended to me by a friend & I could not be more grateful for the thorough, professional, & timely inspection he provided at my property. Not only was Florida Inspection Services responsive in scheduling my inspection, but they were timely in getting me my report. I am especially grateful for the extra time Mike took to point out specifics in my (future) home pertaining to things like water shut off, electric shut off, a/c filter changing, etc. HIGHLY recommend and you will not be disappointed.
