I’m re-reviewing as I take customer service seriously. Professionals who care enough and are eager to correct any unfortunate mistakes definitely deserves serious reconsideration. Crystal is not only extremely professional and genuinely nice, but she cares about how her clients experience their services w/her and her staff. Keeping this short…I was one who did not have a good 1st experience. However, It was corrected immediately w/the utmost professionalism which I find to be very rare anymore. Just to be clear, the issue had nothing to do w/skill set. This was a customer service issue that Crystal was not present for that particular day.

Went for an eyebrow touch up June 2nd and they look amazing. Enjoyed the Girlfriend Hour twice and the experience was magical. Such a gracious host and her colleagues are professional, nice and on point.
Krystal has mastered the craft at enhancing your natural beauty and making you feel your very best. I have been going to her since 2019 and she has helped me be confident at my very lowest. She is also a great listener and I always look forward to our “therapy”sessions. Krystal is always professional and only offers high quality service.
