Candia at Body Mechanix gave me my life back! What’s crazy is that I have been stiff since 2005! ? I had been misdiagnosed and then having the pain to be managed with either massage, acupuncture, chiropractor or physical therapy.I did it all and just resigned to the fact that this is what getting older is.They say if you don’t move, you rust. Well I am always moving, so why the pain? Well I wasn’t taught what MY body needed. So Candia taught me how to keep moving ..the CORRECT way and I feel great! And if I don’t do those moves I will feel stiff and the pain creeps back. So I will keep moving the Body Mechanix way!Give Candia a try, you won’t regret it.

I come to Candia due to being a Fitness competitor, and a Medical rep for 22 years with a very large territory that I drive daily.
