However… Prior to booking, I reached out to her for recommendations as this was my first time doing this kind of service, but it seemed as though my messages were a bother to her. So, communication was lacking. Messages were either ignored or responded to late, and it was difficult to get a clear confirmation on my appointment, especially receiving a text the morning of the appointment mentioning a different appointment time with no explanation.

Trudy was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She was very efficient, which minimized any discomfort, and did an amazing thorough job - incorporating tweezing and sugar even though I had only booked a wax to make sure the job was done right!
