Trudy is a nice woman. However…
Prior to booking, I reached out to her for recommendations as this was my first time doing this kind of service, but it seemed as though my messages were a bother to her.
So, communication was lacking. Messages were either ignored or responded to late, and it was difficult to get a clear confirmation on my appointment, especially receiving a text the morning of the appointment mentioning a different appointment time with no explanation.

During the session, the waxer was seemed rushed to go home. There was very little explanation of the process, and I didn't feel comfortable or cared for throughout the appointment. The...read full review

Trudy was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She was very efficient, which minimized any discomfort, and did an amazing thorough job - incorporating tweezing and sugar even though I had only booked a wax to make sure the job was done right!
