I’ve had an amazing experience with Rachel for my post op/lymphatic massages. She is very very knowledgeable and professional. And has been very attentive with every session through my recovery process! I started my massages with her 2 weeks post op and still going at 2 months po. She will give tips on what to do at home as well for in between sessions that I’ve found very helpful. I’ve had minimal swelling and have yet gone through “swell hell” as many will call it after surgery and I know it has been mostly due to my massages. After having rotator cuff and breast surgeries, I researched the most knowledgeable massage therapist to work on me. Rachel came highly recommended to me by my last massage therapist of many years who retired. After my first massage with her, she has a lifetime client.
Rachel is amazing and very knowledgeable about manual lymphatic drainage. She used tools that I have not had used on my arm before. So happy I went and booked a second appointment for another MLD treatment ?
