Customer service is awesome, and the work is thorough. The techs explain all issues in great detail and are patient. Service is wonderful, with air fixed quickly, even in the hottest part of summer. The price is fair, with a 15% discount for service contract members. Highly recommended for their great work and happy customers.
The staff, especially the technicians who service my AC have been helpful and diligent about fixing my AC. The Goodman AC unit we bought comes with a 10 year parts warranty, which is important since the compressor has been replaced 3 or 4 times now. I've seen a lot of good reviews for Goodman, so maybe I just got a lemon. Good people at Williams though!
Always the best! Thanks for your wonderful service. My air was out and I called at 3pm, by 530 it was fixed! Right in the hottest part of summer yall saved me! And the price is definitely fair. I get a 15%discount for being a service contract member which makes it even better!
I’ve been using Williams for about three or four years now. I’ve been very happy with their work. Brad, my technician today, was great. He was thorough in his work, explained everything to me, and was very patient with me kids when they asked him what he was doing. I highly recommend Williams and Brad
