When I went here I wasn’t expecting much. Just affordable lenses and frames. What I got was some amazing customer service. Gene is amazing. He didn’t just ring me up, he made suggestions, helped me pick out frames that better fit my nose and face. He even took me outside to see how a set of frames looked in natural lighting. This guy made the store feel like a boutique and he never made me feel rushed one bit. Even with that level of service, I still walked out with a great value for my money. Overall such a surprising experience.

Needed a repair on my glasses..stopped in the vision center & repair was made almost immediately w/no charge(which was unexpected)..very helpful & friendly & much appreciated..ty

PROS—- When choosing my frames, lenses & all Ms. Kymber was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable with information of all. She was enjoying her job & assisting customers & is a definite asset to this company!!!!
CONS— After a call from Devon that my glasses were ready I went to pick up the next day , and found 3- 5 people waiting for some help — BUT—- only 2 workers there, one lady was very not liking her job or people!!
UPDATE= That very unprofessional woman is no longer there & replaced by another helpful, friendly woman Laura who aims to service us customers ! And I’d like to add... read full review
