This was my third time going to The Joint. The first time, I used Mike, and he did a fantastic job. He did the old-fashioned hot towel and other things to make it a real barbershop treatment. The second time, I used someone else, and I might as well have gone to the $5 haircut place. My bad for not making sure I got Mike. So I called Mike and made an appointment for my third time in. When we showed up at the shop, he was busy. They decided to give us a different barber. I wasn't very happy about that, but I let it go. I did not get his special treatment, and since I can't trust an appointment, I will not be going back. I think it's a super cool place and a super cool...read full review
